Terms of Service

Multify (the "Service") is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to transform original content provided by the user into multiple formats for different social networks and generate lifestyle images, based on predefined niches and templates.
Registration:
To use the Service, you must register by creating an account through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for all content you enter into the platform and for all activity in your account.
Free Plan:
New users receive a limited number of 5 (five) free and non-renewable content transformations and 0 (zero) AI image generations.
Pro Plan:
For access to 100 monthly transformations, 15 AI image generations, and premium features, a paid subscription is required ("Pro Plan").
Billing:
Subscriptions are managed and billed by Stripe. By subscribing to the Pro Plan, you agree to Stripe's payment terms. Subscriptions are recurring (monthly or annual) and will renew automatically unless canceled.
Cancellation and Refund:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your account page. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
Your Property:
You retain all intellectual property rights to the original content and images you enter into the Service.
Our License:
By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, modify, and transmit your content and images for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Service to you. This includes sending your content to be processed with AI models.
Generated Content:
Content and images generated by the platform are your property and you may use them freely. However, due to the nature of AI, we cannot guarantee that generated content will be completely unique. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that the generated content meets your needs and complies with the policies of the platforms where it will be published.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Insert any content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, or that violates the rights of third parties.
- Attempt to circumvent your plan's usage limits.
- Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access or overload the Service.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service has technical and business limitations that you should be aware of:
Technical Limitations:
- Content transformations: Minimum 100 characters, maximum 5,000 characters
- Image upload: Maximum 5 MB per file, formats JPG/PNG/WEBP
- AI image generation: 2K resolution (2 credits, unlimited if credits available) or 4K resolution (5 credits, monthly quota of 15 images for Pro)
- Processing time: May vary from seconds to minutes depending on demand
- Monthly quotas: Pro plan includes 100 transformations and 15 4K images per month
AI Limitations:
- AI-generated content may not always be perfect and may require manual review
- Image quality depends on the original photo quality and description provided
- Results may vary and we do not guarantee specific quality or uniqueness
- AI may not perfectly understand all contexts or nuances
- Generated content should be reviewed before publication
Availability:
- The Service may experience temporary interruptions for maintenance
- Queue wait time may vary depending on demand
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime
- Premium features are exclusive to Pro subscribers
The Service is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet all your expectations. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
