- Usage Data: We record information about your interaction with the platform, such as the number of transformations performed, selected niches, generated formats, and accessed features.
- Technical Data: We may collect information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information to ensure the security and functionality of the platform.
c) Payment Information:
When you upgrade to a paid plan, your payment data is processed directly by our payment partner, Stripe. We do not store your credit card data on our servers. We only have access to information about your subscription status (active, canceled, etc.) to manage your plan.
We use your information for the following purposes:
- Provide and Maintain the Service: To create your account, enable your access, process your content transformations, and manage your history.
- AI Content Processing: The original content you provide us is processed by AI and transformed into the requested formats.
- Manage Your Subscription: To administer your plan (Free or Pro), control your credit usage, and process payments through Stripe.
- Communication: To send important emails about your account, service updates, or referral system notifications.
- Improvement and Security: To analyze how users interact with the platform, identify trends, fix issues, and protect the service against fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only in the following circumstances:
- With Service Providers: With companies that help us operate, such as Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (backend infrastructure and database), and Google (authentication and AI processing). We require these partners to protect your information in accordance with this policy.
- For Legal Compliance: If we are required by law or by a valid legal process to disclose your information.
You have control over your personal information:
- Access and Editing: You can access and edit your profile information on your account page.
- Subscription Management: You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's Customer Portal, accessible from your account page.
- Account Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. We use Supabase's secure infrastructure and follow industry best practices.
